Here at Waterside Pools we try to coordinate the delivery of your pool with the installation date. We pride ourselves on providing as little interruption to your life as possible. A typical installation takes between 2-3 days and will see the installers arrive at your place around 7am on the first day.
The installers will mark the pool out and start excavating whilst the pool is in transit. By the end of day one the installers will have prepared the base for the pool and placed the pool in the ground. Day two will see the installers plumb up the pool, backfill the area and fill the pool with water. Day three will complete the installation.
You will then be booked in for a Handover where one of our highly qualified pool technicians will set up your pool and equipment. Our expert will take as much time as you require to show you how best to look after your new asset. We also will provide you with a pool maintenance and care guide to have as a handy reference.
After initial installation of the pool shell, there is a settling time of six weeks allowed before the pool surrounds (paving, landscaping etc) are finally able to be completed.
